- Non-Refundable Purchases
All vouchers, deals, and services purchased on VouchMode are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in the deal terms or required by law.
- Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Deal/Voucher is Defective or Unusable: If the purchased voucher cannot be redeemed due to an error on our or the merchant’s side.
- Deal Cancellation by Merchant: If the merchant cancels the deal before redemption.
- Legal Rights: If local consumer protection laws mandate a refund.
- No Refunds For
- Change of mind or accidental purchases.
- Partial use of a voucher.
- Expired vouchers (unless the deal explicitly allows extensions).
- Failure to redeem the voucher within the validity period.
- Redemption & Validity
- Customers are responsible for checking voucher terms, expiry dates, and redemption conditions.
- VouchMode is not liable if a merchant refuses service due to misuse or violation of terms.
- Dispute Resolution
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under this policy, contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with proof of the issue.
