Welcome to VouchMode! By using our website or mobile application to browse, purchase, or redeem deals and promotions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VouchMode, you confirm that you:

1.1. Are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

1.2. Understand and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the VouchMode.

2. Services and VouchMode Modes

2.1. VouchMode provides for users to discover, purchase, and redeem deals, discounts, and promotions offered by third-party merchants (“Merchants”). We act as an intermediary between users and Merchants and are not the provider of the products or services listed.

2.2. VouchMode Modes

VouchMode operates in three distinct modes to cater to different user preferences:

2.2.1. Halal Mode: Displays deals and services that are strictly compliant with Islamic law and principles.

2.2.2. Global Mode: Displays deals and services from a wide range of global merchants, which may include those not compliant with Halal principles.

2.2.3. Neutral Mode: Displays deals and services that are not prohibited in either Halal or Global modes.

2.3. Mode Segregation:

2.3.1. Deals in Halal Mode will always be paired with and may include deals from Neutral Mode. Deals from Global Mode will never appear in Halal Mode.

2.3.2. Deals in Global Mode will always be paired with and may include deals from Neutral Mode. Deals from Halal Mode will never appear in Global Mode.

2.3.3. This segregation is strict and fundamental to our service, in accordance with Islamic law and our community guidelines.

2.4. Visitor Access: To ensure a safe and appropriate experience for all users, visitors who are not logged into an account will only be able to view and access deals from the Neutral Mode.

2.5. User Choice: You have the freedom and responsibility to select which mode (Halal, Global, or Neutral) you use to browse and purchase deals. You acknowledge that the deals presented are determined solely by your chosen mode.

3. User Accounts

3.1. Account Creation: You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3.2. Account Responsibility: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your account information as needed.

3.3. Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion.

4. Purchasing Deals

4.1. Deal Details: Each deal includes specific terms set by the Merchant, including its validity period, restrictions, and usage conditions. You are responsible for carefully reviewing these details before purchase.

4.2. Payment: All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. By purchasing a deal, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount.

4.3. Non-Refundable: Unless otherwise stated, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Refunds may only be issued if a Merchant fails to honor the deal as per its terms.

6. Redemption of Deals

6.1. Redemption Responsibility: Deals are redeemed directly with the Merchant. The Merchant is solely responsible for delivering the advertised products or services at the promised standard.

6.2. Limitations: Redemption may be subject to availability, advance booking requirements, or other restrictions specified in the deal description.

6.3. Validity Period: Deals must be redeemed before the expiry date stated in the deal terms. Expired deals are void and non-refundable.

7. Merchant Responsibility

VouchMode is not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of the products or services offered by Merchants. Any disputes regarding the redeemed products or services, including their compliance with Halal standards in Halal Mode, must be resolved directly with the Merchant.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All content on the VouchMode, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of VouchMode or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8.2. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any content from the VouchMode without prior written consent from VouchMode.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

9.1. VouchMode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the VouchMode.

9.2. Our total aggregate liability for any claims related to a deal is limited to the amount you paid for that specific deal.

10. User Conduct

By using the VouchMode, you agree not to:

10.1. Use the VouchMode for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.

10.2. Post false, misleading, or harmful information.

10.3. Engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or overloads the VouchMode or its infrastructure.

10.4. Attempt to circumvent the mode segregation system.
We reserve the right to suspend or ban users who violate these rules.

11. Third-Party Links

The VouchMode may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You access them at your own risk.

12. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the VouchMode, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the VouchMode. Your continued use of the VouchMode after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to the VouchMode or any of its modes for any user, at our discretion and without prior notice, including for violations of these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

15.2. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to mediation or finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI).

By using the VouchMode, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the VouchMode.
